An educational conference designed to ascertain sub-contractors' opinions in an environment promoting discussion.

BRIEF:
Strategically plan and manage the conference working closely with the client to achieve their aims and objectives. Plan and prepare all question materials for discussion groups.

 RESULTS:
Provided an environment for open discussion among the delegates including facilitated group discussion.
The conference was successfully organised in a timeframe of five weeks.
